PURCHASING PROCESS

The user can make purchases on this website by the means and methods established. To do so, you must follow the established purchase procedure, during which you can add as many products to the cart as you wish. The user must fill in and/or verify the information requested at each step in order to execute the purchase. Subsequently, the user will receive an e-mail confirming that his order or purchase request has been received, which will be considered as confirmation of the order placed.

The user acknowledges at the time of purchase to be aware of and accept the particular conditions of the product in question. The user declares to be over 18 years of age and to have legal capacity to enter into contracts through this website.

AVAILABILITY

All purchase orders received through the website are subject to product availability. In case of difficulties in the supply of the same, Isa y Loles undertakes to contact the user and reimburse any amount that may have been paid as a fee for such product.

PRICES

The prices shown on the website are final, in euros, and include the corresponding taxes. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders or purchases that have already been confirmed.

PAYMENT METHOD

The accepted means of payment is by credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) and digital payment platforms (Google Pay, Apple Pay). Any of these payment methods is free of charge for the customer.

SHIPPING

Shipments are made anywhere on the peninsula and to the Balearic Islands, through the Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos S.A., using the Correos Paq. service. Premium. Delivery is made within 24-48 hours after the package is delivered to the Plasencia office.

The preparation time of an order varies between 2 and 3 working days, since the products are handmade on demand.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges or returns of products, except customized products, are accepted for seven calendar days after receipt. To do so, the customer must contact info@isayloles.com notifying the item or items to be returned or exchanged and have them delivered in perfect condition and without signs of use within the following fourteen calendar days.

The shipment can be sent by registered mail or through any courier company. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Once the product has been received and its condition has been checked, the cost of the product, not the shipping costs, will be refunded within the following seven days.
